Jasper Maritz completed his formal education in 1984, and received a four-year Baccalaureate equivalence Degree in Dental Technology. He received the prestigious Ceramist of the Year award issued by Nova Dental S.A., and was awarded a full scholarship for his outstanding abilities.

From 1986 until 2001, Jasper co-owned HT Dental, the most acclaimed fixed dental prosthetic lab in South Africa. During this time, Jasper worked side by side with all the top South African and European prosthodontists, specializing in the restoration of large and complex full mouth rehabilitation cases. During his years with HT, he was involved with numerous pre-marketing designing and implant research projects. Jasper is a renowned anterior ceramic specialist and is highly commended by restorative dentists.

Jasper relocated to the U.S. In 2001 and was subsequently hired by Absolute as Senior Ceramist and General Manager. He is involved on a daily basis with complex ceramic restorations and oversees the Ceramic Design and Esthetic Department at Absolute Dental.
