Full time opening is available for a Tech & Client Support Manager to join a stable and fast growing dental laboratory that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a dental laboratory technician which should include but not be limited to;

  • leadership skills

  • good knowledge of dental implants

  • chair-side experience

  • ability to do quality control

  • case planning

  • clinical customer service

 

This is not a production or bench position.

Candidate will be responsible for communicating with clinicians on case planning, promoting advancements in digital technologies and services, customer service and face-to-face in office visits with clinicians in the Durham, NC area.

Salary commensurate with experience.
