Lucitone Digital is a heat-activated smart polymer designed specifically for additive manufacturing. With a linear-elastic fracture toughness exceeding 3000 J/m², it offers:

  • Twice the strength of Lucitone high-impact acrylic

  • Three times the minimum ISO strength standard for denture materials

  • Improved resistance to fracture and fatigue

This material provides a durable, clinically reliable alternative to traditional milled or processed acrylic denture bases.

IPN 3D Portrait Teeth

Fused, Not Bonded

IPN 3D Portrait teeth are digitally fused into the Lucitone denture base using an FDA-cleared 3D fusing system. Unlike traditional bonding methods, this fusion process enhances strength, integration, and long-term stability.

The system is designed to support functional durability while maintaining esthetics across a full range of patient needs.

Every Absolute, Carbon-printed, Lucitone 3D denture is delivered with a one-time  "no repair" 12-month replacement warranty card. Warranty covers material failure (base crack, tooth failure, or debonding) only under normal function. Signs of abuse voids warranty. Warranty is only valid for one replacement within 12 months from the date on the warranty card. The old denture must be returned. 24 hour expedited turnaround available in select areas, please call before scheduling. Back up denture must be ordered within 7 days of final delivery for $225 price. 48-hour immediate denture turnaround from the time the digital file is received or the time models are received at the Absolute Triangle location, whichever is earlier. ISO strength standard, as reported by Dentsply Sirona, is 900 J/m². Lucitone 3D Polymer at body temperature reported at 3000 J/m².
