administrative lab assistant/customer service representative
Full time opening is available for an experienced Administrative Lab Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join a stable and growing private organization in the dental laboratory industry that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service.
Position Summary: This is an in-office position with some driving. Office duties and responsibilities are required as well as driving to customer offices. Provides excellent face-to-face customer service and builds relationships with existing and new customers Markets and promotes new products and technologies. Ensure customers’ needs are met while picking up and dropping off cases in an efficient and timely manner.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, professional demeanor and passionate about delivering exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 5 years.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service-related field.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Must have a strong commitment to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Must demonstrate strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in answering multiple phone lines.
Schedule appointments, deliveries, and pickups
Provide administrative support.
Provide production scheduling support.
Assist Quality Assurance in finalization of product packaging, shipping, and delivery preparation utilizing UPS/FedEx system
