Full time opening is available for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a stable and growing private organization in the dental laboratory industry that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service.

Essential Functions:
- Provides HR functions to include areas of recruitment, screening, extending offers, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, retention, compensation, employee relations, performance, HRIS administration and payroll assistance.
- Assists management in maintaining a positive employee relations environment and ensures uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures.
- Assists managers with interpreting and applying company human resources policies, counseling employees concerning work related problems and conducting terminations and interviews.

Proven ability to multi-task and manage a hectic schedule with frequent interruptions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient on needed software and systems.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field and at least 5+ years of HR experience.
Experience with principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HRIS systems.
Experience counseling employees and coaching management.
Experience working with Federal, State and Local labor and employment laws, workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
