Full time opening is available for a Inventory Specialist to join a stable and fast growing dental laboratory that has built a reputation for supplying its customers with exceptional quality and service. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory clerk and/or related field which should include but not be limited to;

Responsibilities:

• Orders and purchases weekly stock, laboratory supplies, and other office/cleaning supplies for all branch locations.

• Logs consumables to track usage trends and pricing.

• Receives and verifies all incoming supply shipments and stocks inventory.

• Prepares and maintains records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued.

• Responsible for ordering, tracking and maintaining marketing materials.

• Responsible for contacting vendors to shop for better pricing on products.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in store room, purchasing/inventory or other related fields.

• Ability to build and maintain rapport with vendors.

• Strong organizational skills a must.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Positive and professional demeanor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and time management a must.
